If you dont have time to visit whole Rajasthan, better visit Chokhi Dhani. I am a regular visitor of Chokhi Dhani and I last visited this place on 3nd Jan, 2016. Since it was the first weekend of the year, there was a huge rush there. It took us almost 1 hour to find a parking and another 40 mins to take the tickets(I never tried online booking but they do have that option, better use it during weekends to avoid the long queues).
As far as ambiance is concerned, as I said it is the whole Rajesthan in one place.you will get the feel of Rajasthan inside.folk dancers dancing on Rajasthani songs, huts with hukkas, camel rides, Kathputli play and lots of other items are there to make your stay pleasant there.
The best part of the chokhi dhani is their Rajasthani food.though it serves one of the best Rajasthani food but you will be impressed with the way staff serves the food to you. For once, you would start thinking whether you are in a resort or in your sasural:)
I would recommend you all to visit this place at least for once and you will come back to this place regularly like me!
