When you talk about Chokhi Dhani, it is not just about the food there but entire experience which you get there.
Set in a village theme, this place is about the camel rides, folk dances, Rajasthani handicraft items and the very lavish spread of authentic Rajasthani dishes.
The place becomes more attractive at night with dimly lit Lanterns just like in a village.
The eating area is even more interesting and unique.
Although they have the option of sitting on tables and chairs, the way they suggest is to sit down with your legs folded on the ground in front of small tables where a huge plate of food is served in front of you.
The staff also place a turban on your head before you start to eat as a sign of welcoming you to eat your heart out.
Everything on the plate is delicious, the Rajasthani Kadhi, Dal Bati and Churma, Gatte ki sabzi and many such mouth-watering dishes.
At the end they serve you the Gond ka Halwa. Let me tell you, even though you dont have a sweet tooth, this dessert will make you fall in love with sweets.
Its a sin to miss Chokhi Dhani.
