Folks watch out for the service of In2Cable especially in the twin cities of Hyderabad. I was one of their earliest subscribers and haplessly had to endure their crap till I could shift to another provider. Though the new ISP I switched to is a small one, atleast he offers better quality and speed than In2Cable.
While availing the new connection In2Cable promised the sky, not an iota of it was delivered. The least I tell you about them the better.. Absymal Service, Very Frequent Outages, Total Collapse of Support and Customer Service, Terrible Internet Speed is what describes them the best.
Many a days my backup dialup was much faster and reliable than In2Cable. Most important watch out for the dubious ’’Shared Connection’’ this provider offers. That apart they also collect hefty initial deposits which is not refundable.
I have taken this ISP to Consumer Court and would rest only after I get justice. Hundreds of Email, Registered Letters, Phone Calls, Fax’es and what not have gone on deaf ears. Such is their Customer Service. But the bills do arrive promptly at breakneck speed though!!
