Bad service and delivery service from MPL FORD, Ch

Please ensure that you dont buy any cars from MPL Ford in Chennai.  Ensure that you dont deal with them as their salesmen including senior men like Rajan and the General Manager, Karthik and accounts officers dont respond. I unfortunately committed the mistake twice.


I purchased the Ford Figo car now recently and I was not given any delivery checklist, car was  not cleaned, the alloy wheels replaced with old wheels however the portion was rusty and when asked they said this is how it is.


Then I was not given complete invoices including warranty acknowledgement.  I had to follow up 100+ times.  Finally, received it today.


Then I was not given any response when continuously asked for a debit note for other charges charged  by MPL towards RTO expenses.


I was not given the registration papers and insurance policy until I followed up several time.


I was not told that the delivery will not be done at a showroom but at an office of Mahindra where second hand cars as sold.  When I was on the way to the showroom, Mr. Rajan tells me that delivery will happen at another place.


Unfortunately, my friend is also stuck in the same problem while I had warned him.  He had unfortunately paid an advance before asking me.


Poor dealer.  They are interested only in other cars which they are now dealers of.  Ensure that you dont go to this dealer even if he is cheaper.
