Car Dealerships have been more or less the same wherever you buy your car from, (I am not mentioning the variation of 5-10%)
Now a days, customer care has become so important but when it comes to the car dealers, its not that important as car purchase is a once in years experience.
Even dealers realize the same, they also realize the anxiety in the minds of the customers while buying a new car, therefore, they also try to make extra bucks here and there.
the major problem arises in the case of the delivery of the car with manufacturing defects because in this part of world manufacturers still do not believe in the replacement of the cars (its confined only to the replacement of the defective parts)
Its important for the customers to realize that along with anxiety, thorough check up is a must and also insist on the complete check up and test drive of the car before delivery of the same and before signing the delivery document so that atleast customers with hardearned money are saved from getting the manufacturing/deficient products.
