Please find enclosed my feedback about my vehicle(Maruti 800) which came for servicing in your wok shop at Palam Gurgaon road on 18th August, 2008.
The car was given on 18th August but delivered on 19th August. The bill was for INR 8721/- which I paid within 15 minutes without asking any queries as Pasco names says it all. When I went to take my car it was found like a piece of thrash not washed, the window glasses were found open, and the car key was still in car.(My God! What carelessness)
When same was reported to the concerned supervisor he handled the things very smartly.(I don’t remember his name as there was no name plate on his uniform). The car was washed and was handed back to me. The moment I was about to leave the Pasco workshop I noticed the one of the parking light was not working. I really have to shout on those people and finally I had to call the GM services M. Chauhan. I came at 1800 hrs and left the workshop at 2000 hrs.(Pathetic) Within 2 days of driving I have started noticing the brakes are not working properly.(It was reminded to the concerned person while opening the job card that the brakes have to be seen.)
The amount is paid for the same but I am afraid to say that you give this kind of service. The back wheel of my car is making noise(God knows how?) So far I haven’t received any call from Pasco to check on the feedback for the services given by Pasco. One of my friend has recommended Pasco but I will make sure that all the people I will meet I will tell them “Better go to local people but NEVER GO TO PASCO”.
I myself come from Facilities department and a Hotel Management Graduate with more than 8 years in Hotel and Hospitality Industry who knows the values of Customer Services.
I was reading the Pasco Brochure where it is mentioned about the Customer Service and written some lovely words.
I must tell you that writing those beautiful words makes no sense if you cannot meet guest satisfaction. And cannot deliver what you write.
Hope you give better service to your existing clients.
Kind Regards,
