Consumer Beware! I sent my parents in on a recomendation after having a fairly OK experiance. They took full advantage of them! I guess I’m more aware but older folks are more likely to be trusting- I wasn’t able to go in with them and I was in shock when I saw thier contract on my return. Watch your backs with these folks! They convinced my elderly parents to sign up for a 4 year lease! The payments are higher than if they bought it at 7%!
Ripped off and mad. Don’t trust these guys!
Salesman was nice- "finance manager" is out to get the salesman and you- will attempt anything and everything to slip things into your contract. Happened with me too! Finance guy slipped in a$650 charge for something idiotic and told me it would be free- all he did was reduce the price I got the car for so not only did the salesman lose part of the comission he EARNED but he padded his own pocket in the process.
Service department is really expensive and they will perform "required maintainence" on your car without asking first- tried to charge me$80 to add a fuel cleaner to my gas tank! You can buy that at the store for around$5!
