I have booked a Tata Indigo GLX, Artic Silver car for over a month now and yet to get it delivered from Concorde Motors, Velachery, Chennai. Now the dealer is mentioning that he cannot give any dates of deliver as he himself doesnt know how long it takes.
I am not sure on what is happening in this front and why it takes a month to deliver a car even after paying a huge booking advance. Also if any one can let me know is there a way to escalate this to Tata Motors, that would be great.
This is the only major issue I have found in this car and would even buy another if I didnt get this in another 10 days.
Apart from the delivery I have seen it has excelent boot space and awesome leg room for a person like me who is around 6’2’.
