I bought my Honda Accord at Sundaram Motors in Chennai. I have heard so many complaints about the dealer but I had no choice because he is the only dealer in Chennai. Everything about this company is bureaucratic. the servcing is so bad they dont even clean the interiors and insist that you buy a special package for Rs.3600 for cleaning the interiors.
During one service they let water creep into the front speakers and my Expensive Rockford Fosgate speakers are scrap. They kept saying that the management is looking into it but after 4 months they told me that they will not re place it.
Funny thing is the head office of Honda Siel in India who knew about all this did not do much expect register my complaint and give it a number.
Thankfully there is a second dealer in chennai now - Capital Honda.
Stand clear of Sundaram Motors. Jerks!
