I’m here to write a review on FIITJEE, the chain of coaching institutes for IIT-JEE spread all over the country.
Contrary to most reviews on Mouthshut, I find its doing overall a good job. I joined their Two Year Classroom Program a month earlier, and it is worth mentioning that they are good compared to most other institutes.
The faculty is basically nice, as some teachers are perhaps the best I’ve ever seen, while a few others are average. Their material is detailed covering certain important topics, though not elaborate. Dont expect to understand it much, though the faculty certainly takes out extra time to explain things you didnt understand.
They generally have centers on upper floors, all air conditioned and interior desined. The furniture is rather for small children and not comfortable. Generally there are 20-40 students in a batch, they spend 4 hours per subject per week within three days. Also, their course plan is at a tangent to CBSE (so you have double priorities), though at the end of the year you’re a winner.
The problems and tests are certainly the best, and give you very good exposure. They certainly provide everything in the cash you pay them, though its certainly overpriced at under one lakh.
Overall, the inputs they give you are certainly useful, but again it comes back to your caliber in cracking IIT-JEE.
