I was using the vsnl dial up service for quite some time without any problems so I decided to go in for their roaming broadband service which means that apart from the broadband connection you can access your account from any remote location via dial up which I needed since I travel quite frequently and do need this facility.
But surprisingly this option does not work inspite of repeated complaints and mails to their customer couldnt (care) less numbers. Why offer a service that does not function in the first place? Would you believe it their customer care staff do not even bother to call back or stonewall you since your complaint has not been solved and there was no response from them regarding this complaint at all.
Considering the Tata brand quite a shocking experience. If any one else has been facing the same problem with this supposedly roaming account please do write in and share your experience.
I am seriously considering closing my account with them and movng to another ISP.
