We logged a complaint about this product 8 months back and got no response(first mistake). All of a sudden today, 3 service staff come with no prior consultation about when we will be free(second mistake). They experimented with the working machine. They were even asking someone on phone about how to fix the machine(third untrained and clumsy service people). Finally they ruined the circuit board(forth mistake). They then fight with the customers claiming that the circuit board was already non-functional(fifth. blaming customers for their fault). The machine functioned well this morning, how on earth did the board short circuit! They play the blame game when customers confront them for poor service. Finally they left and we found a screw lying on the floor. How on earth did they fix the machine when one screw is not in place? Also they are sooo busy that they can’t even provide detergent for the customer. Why the hell would we purchase your product if we can’t use it IFB?
Pathetic company with pathetic service. Please never buy from them.
