I bought a bosch dishwasher sm560lo21n of rs-33119. at the time of installation they told me that we have to purchase accessories of rs 1200 more. this is totally useless machine. it takes minimum one and a half hour to wash the utensils. I tried 3 hour option also but utensils were not clear. it works only when we clean the utensil and then keep it in that. it will wash the utensil with hot water and soap and then make it dry. when I called technician he told me that aluminium utensils cannot be cleaned and only it will work with steel. but it is not cleaning steel utensils also. actually it can clean only office utensils of glass.
It is good for glass and spoons not for kadhai, cooker and etc. after reading so many reviews from mouthshut and other sites only I bought this machine and now I understood that these reviews are written by company people only. one thing more its soap, salt and shiner monthly cost is around 1200 rs per month. I will update electricity cost also after a month.
at last keep your kaam wali bai happy. this dish washer cant replace her
