I have been using an Broadband connection from VSNL the connectivity is poor almost once in two days I m not able to connect to the internet the service providers customer support executives have no idea in trouble shooting a problem they just note down our complaint and send a representative from their company to solve the problem.which is absolutely time consuming and defeats the sole purpose of taking a connection at home. I have been using the connection for the past six-seven months and im really fed up with these problems.being a TATA group I do not expect this kind of poor service from them.my sincere advice for those going for a broadband would be is to for Airtel.which I have in my office though even it does not provides the speed as mentioned by the company it has very good connectivity and does not have signing-in problems.also when I applied for the connection they told me that I would be getting the connection within a weeks time but it actually took more than three months time for them to provide me with the connection and even after waiting for so long the end result is not desirous as expected
