I took a BSES tele (BTL) Braodband Internet connection in Nov01 & it was good. Suddenly in Mar02, the speed screeched to a grinding halt as BSES Tele switched to a MAN NW.On my complaint of reduced sppeds (Less than a dial up - 2-3 kbps), I was told by BTL that since changing over to MAN with reduced speed, the customers are very happy (my foot!!! who will beleive this but BTL only).
Since then I am mobilising & educating other customers of BTL about the fraud played by BTL on its subscribers. The BTL Offer letter(of which I still have a copy) clearly mentions High download speeds many times a dial up as a key USP. However after selling the service, BTL has quitely forgotten about it.
We all know that a Braodband Internet connection shoudl give at least 900kbps while BTL is presenntly giving a measly 2 Kbps.
Lets get together and force thsi Cheat to refund our money along with damages.
