Further to my review of DDSL, the service of DDSL customer service has gone to The Worst. For the past 5 days, the link gets disconnected at 5.00 am. Whenever I make a complain the concern person tells me that he is helpless until his technical team comes at 9.00 am.
The link gets restored immediately the technical staff (Chennai) reports for duty at 9.00 am. What is the use of having 24 hour customer service if they can not attend to our complaints!!! I spoke to the high officer suggested by one of their customer care person. But the problem has not been sorted out. It is a high time that the monopoly is broken through and good DSL provider comes to India!
