Which LCD TV to buy?

If you are planning to buy LCD TV for first time, this might help you. Its always a confusion to choose between brands as we have many choices like Sony, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Onida etc. When it comes to LCD TV the best choice will be SONY without a doubt. No brand can even come closer to the quality of picture and also quality of the product. I myself own LG Jazz full HD TV and a Sony T series TV. Though my sony is the most basic TV without full HD the colour and picture quality is 100 times better than the advanced LG TV. Sony TVs have the highest resale value too. Sony LCD screen lasts for 20, 000 hours whereas others last for 10-15, 000 hours. Don’t get distracted by the offers given by other brands. though Sony is bit expensive, its worth the price you pay.

If you have ordinary cable TV at home without set top box you may not enjoy the clarity of an LCD TV. Buying a full HD TV is useful only if you watch HD movies from DVD player or if you have DTH connection. Some cable operators provide set top box which gives same clarity as DTH. If your DVD player and TV have HDMI ports then the picture clarity is mind blowing.

From 150 sq ft. rooms 26 inch LCD TV ideal. For >200 sq ft size room either 32 or 40 inch suits. 32 inch is used commonly. There is no need of any type of stabilizer for LCD TVs unless there is obvious voltage fluctuation in your area.

Friends, don’t even think which brand to buy. SONY is the best. But you need to think which size to buy.
