I bought this LG charcoal grill model For Rs.25000+ on August 15 2012, It was working fine for 6 months, after that suddenly it stopped working. There came a service guy & replaced some circuit board & then it was working fine. Suddenly it stopped working again From last month. I Registered a complain on 20- Sep, finally a guy showed up on 24-Sep & he tightened some screws & said its working all right.
The same day it stopped working I Registered a complaint again, after 4-5 days of Follow up & with the Help of some senior person(Ms.Bharati Devi # 08939655218) there came a person & he checked & said that some holder issue & he replaced & it worked! but before he left(thank god) it didnt work. Then he came up with a solution saying Need to replace some parts! I said ok & he committed it will take 3-4 days max.
Its now exactly 15 days now & also the technician stopped picking up the calls(& in fact he was murmuring that its a useless model which does not have a good Door switch. isssssh) Finally, I am hopeless, dont know what to do further. If u call customer care they will be giving random complaint number & try to imitate world class service. BUT FINALLY NO ACTION.
Now the so called senior person(Bharati Devi) & the technician stopped picking up my calls too. LG YOU ARE THE WORST - Pls stop advertising your products.& mention your machines can work only for a year.
