I bought a Micromax Mobile few months back. I have submitted my phone for repairing at Micromax Authorized Service center.**They take with it them and keep it for **3-4 days with them.**
**Within the guarantee period also they charged me**. When I collected the mobile from them then they said that there is a **1 month guaranty on that repaired set.** Due to low battery power I had not checked my handset over there.
On the next day **I came to notice that my cell phone speaker was not working.**I rushed to them immediate and ask regarding the solution.
**Very rudely the answered that again I have to pay.**I reminded them the grading the guaranty period given by them but still they asked me to pay. Now I feel that there is a hell and heaven difference in between a **branded handset NOKIA and a Third Grade Mobile Like MICROMAX. **
It seems that there is no one to help us after our purchase.
I would like to suggest my dear friends **NEVER EVER GO FOR IT.**
