This Review is for Microsoft care center available on Noida Sector 10 Neil Communication C-10 uttar pradesh .
executive name Monu Khan. He dont know how to behave with the customers. He charged Rs@1350 /- for the cell phone which is in warranty . attaching some documents as proof.
I asked him for the Nokia X battery he replied me that his company is not providing the same you can buy this from local shop . I asked him where is the shop he replied to me that he dont know where it is . I want to ask one thing from Microsoft if they are manufacturing the goods then why he dont have parts of it.
Even microsoft dont have any email id in which customer can register the complaint against them. So think if company dont have any e mail id then how it will service without customer satisfaction .
Seen aggressive behavior which was not completely acceptable even one girl sitting in room she said to him that dont accept his phone because phone is in warranty.
so this is my request to all my frds who will read this .Dont buy Microsoft cell phone nor nokia if your phone will have some problem if its in warranty they will tell you that its physical damage ts better to buy some china cell phone like Mi, Gionee etc they will give you better services .
