It is your choice

Think about what you want to do with your life, what interests you the most would be the place to start in choosing what you want to prepare for.

Lets take some examples and see what all might fall under these examples.

If you feel you are the type to be a boss rather than have a boss you may want to start your own business and prepare for that.

You will need to learn accounting unless you plan to hire some one else to do it for you but even so it is good to learn so that if your accountant leaves you can take over while looking for a new one.

You will also need to study business management and take any business courses you can find.

With that being done you may have a business already in mind and maybe not.

Suppose you are very interested in computers? There are so many businesses you could start dealing with computers. From teaching others how to use a computer, to graphic design, to desktop publishing. Go to your library and take out books on careers in computers.

If planning to work for some one else you may want to learn data entry, visual c, programming, the list is endless. A career in computers or anything to do with them is some thing that is popular and many jobs are available.

As I have said in other reviews you must chose some thing that you are highly interested in. So if you only THINK you might like to do this or that, don’t do it. To be productive and lead in the field of your choice you must LOVE what you are doing.

Always try to learn more and different things. This makes you more valuable. For those that can not afford extra classes I recommend ICS correspondence courses. You can do these in your spare time and earn credits right from home. You do have to be a self motivator so if you are not then go for the structured class room.

I have taken many courses through this company and have learned much in many different areas and the cost is far less than even a community college. They supply you with everything you need to learn and work with and you can even pay by the month on a payment plan.

There are other correspondence courses out there but this is the one that is the most well known in the US and any place that I have mentioned that I took my courses through them was very pleased with the knowledge that I gained through these courses.

If you have never tried one give it a shor. Most courses are under a thousand dollars with all supplies furnished and I know I plan to take more in the future. There is no such thing as ever learning too much. Each thing you learn will help you in your life and it is good to be very versatile in what you can do. This way you will always be assured of having a job.

Just remember the biggest tip here is go for what you LOVE.
