Review : I have had the pleasure /or displeasure/ of using many, many brands of vacuum cleaners in my time. Some have more bells and whistles than others but, their main function is to pick up dirt and dust and ect. I believe most vacuum cleaners are about the same unless you get one that bypasses the motor with the particles it picks up (those are very expensive) I have found the weight of a vacuum cleaner is very important if one has to drag it from room to room and up and down stairs (the lighter weight the better here) A long cord helps too.that constant running to plug and replug will soon take its toll.
The Bissell ’’Powerforce’’is a very good vacuum cleaner for the money. It has a powerful 12 amp motor, a 3 stage filteration system, on board tools, bag change indicator, five height adjustments, and it is very light weight approximately 8lbs.
It is very easy to assemble. I had one that I had used for approximately 9 months and the motor started making a funny noise, I simply took it back to WalMart, I had even misplaced my reciept, and they gave me another one on the spot. I have had this one for over a year now and I vacuum every day and it is still going strong. I recommend this vacuum to anyone needing to buy a vacuum cleaner and not wanting to spend a fortune on one, It cannot be beat when it comes to cleaning but as with most vacuum cleaners watch about picking up any kind of metal. For$48.88 it can not be beat
