The ball joint connecting the long handle and the steam head is broken in my unit. I have tried every source for getting a replacement of this part. No one is able to guide me on this. All the telecommercial groups is interested only in selling the product and not service.
The manual given along with the unit does not carry details of manufacturer nor service centre address. Having purchase for about Rs 7000/- it is lying waste for me. Can any one suggest any service centre / spare parts centre for th9is product in Bangalore/ Chennai?
