With family lifestyles, keeping the clothinghanging is a necessity. Families are more involved with activities and social events and the last thing on our minds isthe wash needs done. More like, what am I going to wear is the familiar thought. Keeping thosewears ready for a family has a lot to do in how much work you have to put into cleaning those clothes.
Deciding on a washer is more then just expense. An influence would be how many is in the family, and the ages of those members. Small childrens wash require more preparation to getting their laundry clean than does an adult. This invites buying a washer with those specialpre-wash andwrinkle free selections. And because children are always having to change from accidents, size of load is a consideration. Boys{and girls} will be boys, and jeans require some heavy duty action.
On the other hand, children are grown, or left, and you and hubby need a new washer. Knowing by now those experienced washing secrets, you do not require all those special cycles. You need a wash/rinse/spin cycle and a more compact or medium sized washer. For dirtier clothing, simply soak in wash mode. A gentle cycle is good for those fancier under clothing you can NOW afford.
Size and age of family are very important when deciding on that new washer. When my boys were small, I had thedo everything washer. Once they were gone, and the washer was worn out{too, lol}, I opted for a smaller compact without all those magic functions.
Name brand and warranties:
Most popular brand isnt always best, but is often the case. Popular brands are popular for 2 major reasons. They are marketed wisely with ads and commercials. And they are requested by customer demand by word of mouth. We inquire to friends and family and like the facts. We trust people we know. If they are satisfied, we can trust that brand. Warranties are better in some models and brands over generic brands. And, if you are going to physically use your washer often{larger families will}, you want a good warranty. Something to consider is buying an extra year of coverage at purchase. That is the time that extended warranties are a percentage off the regular price up the road.
I hope that some of these suggestions are helpful when you are looking for that new washer. Happy shopping.:o)
