I suggest central loading fully automatic washing machine and better go for IFB, SIEMENSE etc because all the above companys are giving services as they can.
From my experience SIEMENSE is the better one, very less noise and vibrations and no rest in body parts. If you are ready to pay more, go for a MIELE, which is known as the rolles roys of washing machine it is designed for 25 years of usage bt it cost very high
