I bought this 5.5 kg Eline IFB washing machine(front loading) 2 years back and giving my feedback after using it .
Financial Alert:- when you are buying this product, add 2K(approx) to your budget extra, as you need to buy stand, cover, surf, extra attachment outlet pipe, plumber cost and all .
Good points:
no issue as of now, after 2 years of use(i was lucky) .
my frequency of use is every Sunday(3 -4 times in a month)
value for money .
Bad points:
- if you are working and no one stays at home and if the machine needs servicing or repair, then the timing of the service people is such that, its difficult to manage.
Reason: if no one is there at home in weekdays(due to job) between 11:00 Am to 5:00 PM, and the service station is open during that period only.also they do not work in weekends .at last you have to take half day off from office to get it fixed.
- machine needs "de-scaling"(almost all machines, not with this only), and the de-scaling powder costs you Rs150 per packet that is one time usable.(frequency of descaling depends on your quality of water . Once in 2-3 months will add life to machine.(as told by service agent)
Catch:
- they say, they give 3 servicing free in am year, but when you call them for the servicing, they just do not so anything .(cannot say if anything is required also or not if all is going good), also they charge for de-scaling if you want to go for it)
