Hello, Ive bought IFB washing machine, assuming it is one of the best in the market and expected the after sales service to be at its best. Unfortunately, it turned out to be that, IFB provides the "THE WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE". Added to this, IFB encourages customers to register for AMC, and dont bother to attend any complaints. Instead IFB are so RUDE that, they say "Do whatever you want, we are not going to attend". So, pathetic and poor service.
Please spread this "Absolutely, negligent, rude and careless behaviour" from IFB to as many people as possible using todays social networkiing and see that no body else put themselves in this situation.
