We Have Past 20 Years We Had Relation Ship With IFB. We Have Very Good Journey, But Now Day Service is Very Worst

We Have Have Given The Complaint 3 Months Back Saying Ki Changing of Cabinet But No Response again We Have Given The Complaint 45 Days Back, Same Time My Machine Was Running Good, Since 30 Days We Had a Problem While Running Water is Taking Same Time Its Running and All Of Suddenly It Get Stop.
This Problem We Have Given The Com[lint to Customer Care, Very Next Day One Mr.Manjunth Attended The Case He Did Some Thing Again It Was Running and Next Day Day It Stop Again, So We Have Called To Mr.Manjunth He Came Attended And He Said Some Digital Problem Need To Replaced.
Ofter That Every Day We Are Contact With Him He Said He Placed The Order Part Is Not Came, Am Wondering IFB Sach a Big Company They Need For Part Replacement Required 30 Days and Still Not Yet Received?!
Once Contact With Service Center They Says Very Clearly If Parts Comes Will Will Give Service Otherwise You Can Talk To Santosh Area Manger But His Response So Horrible He Is Ready Liston Any Thing. Really What Kind Of Service People IFB is Keeping?!
Again We Have Contact They Have Given One Mr.Venktesh 08030585162 He Also Committed on 7th Your Problem Will Resolved Before 19th, Now Since 4 days We Are Calling Evry One But No One Picking The Call?!
Paying on IFB Machine and AMC For IFB Product Mean We Have Buy Another Company Washing Machine Extra Its Due IFB Service is Taking Months Together For Solving The Issue ITS WAST of MONEY.
ITS VERY WORST SERVICE GUYS and VERY WORST ATTITUDE?
