I have an IFB Washing Machine. In June they changed the motor. It worked forr a month, then went out of order again. In July they replaced some panel, but it was not working.Then they said Motor needs replacement (though the motor is only one month old). Still we agreed, but more then 2 weeks they never came to repair it. Almost every day I contact their Call Centre, they respond "we will come today; we are waiting for the motor; we will come in 2 days....".
Finally I decided to buy a new machine, but wanted to caution prospective buyers "NEVER BUY IFB WASHING MACHINE", because I do not want another customer to go through what I went through.
