Pls avoid this shop EZONE in Chinchwad.they are a bunch of cheats.they promise delivery of your product but will never do so .and they are very casual about it.even their centre manager has no problem saying you have to wait for reasons which are their own.let the customer go to hell.thats their attitude.
This site has more experiences about this franchisee .do read and AVOID.unfortunately I didn’t:-( and I had to suffer.
when you go to buy your product they will insist on full payment and will promise you a delivery date and time.and forget it now that they have the money in their pocket.and it will be left for you to trace why the product hasn’t come.they don’t even mid calling you and telling that it will be delayed.
This is one of the worst shops I have come across.don’t go by its look and ads.they are there to make sure you are left frustrated.
