I recently purchased a washing machine of whirlpool Front load Sports version Washing machine. With in one month of it purchase its PCB gone and company replaced the machine for which it took almost 15-20 days and after daily follow-ups. The replaced machine is seems to be refurbished one. The water in take to soap powder dispenser was not proper and I raised a complain of that.
After escalation they attended complaint after three days. After one week of that there was one more problem. This time the problem is error code F2 and had to escalate the complaint. Only after that I got call from their engineer. This time after escalation their engineer has called and told me that he will attending on Sunday.
My sincere suggestion is to not to purchase Whirlpool Product. Their customer service is really worst (in Bangalore).
