My machine is 6 years old and the Motherboard burnt out recently. Technicians replaced the board after calling the customer support 100 times with a faulty board from other WM.
Technicians have no idea what they are doing, they come with user manuals for the machine for troubleshooting. Managers at the service station are liars and very unprofessional. No escalation matrix exists so at one point you get tired of calling these idiots.
