I bought IFB Elite 5.5 K.G. I told them that I’m getting lot of noise while Spinning, raised complaint. They are not responding properly. I have called them multiple times, the response is very bad Customer care A said they will send the customer on the same as per my request.
When I called again the customer care they respond some other answer quoting minimum 24 hrs needed. I could not believe which one correct. They are satisfying the customer.
