I have bought LG Front Load washing machine on 10th Nov’10 at Croma , Mega Mall Gurgaon. My earlier options were IFB and Samsung. In fact I have taken the delivery of IFB but installation personnel didn’t turn up or call us for at least 5 days and hence returned it back. Next option was Samsung Front Load machine. Very much impressed with their customtakeouter care / technical team but unfortunately I couldn’t get the colour / capacity I am looking for hence decided to buy 5.5kg LG.1056 LDP front Load @Rs 25, 500.
Thanks to Croma stores manager for accepting my request to shift to LG after the billing / delivery. Fantastic service!. Here I should mention the service of LG too. Installation personnel has called me even before the delivery of the machine. Fantastic I must say when I had tough time with IFB people. ( They weren’t even picking the phone. More over they won’t work on sunday.
Well this Silver colored machine is working really well. I now feel this is a very right choice. When I compared the sound / vibrations at 1000 RPM with IFB or any other front load WM, this makes very little sound and vibrations.
Very easy to operate and one more interesting thing is you can open the door in case you forget any of the garments after starting the machine. Push the pause button and wait for 1- 2 min and then you can open the door to add any more clothes.
Pros: Less sound / Vibration, Performance, silver colour machine, and customtakeouter service.
Cons: Nothing as such but if you still want then may be few more pre set wash options.
I strongly recommend LG .
