Refer BP No: 8408468543, service request lodged on 26th April 2010. Service person visited on 27th April 2010 and informed that ECB has to be replaced and cannot be repaired. He told me that it will be repaired by 30th April 2010 or max by 3rd may 2010. But today is 8th May 2010, and till now there is no response, no one even bothered to update me the status. I have called your customer service centre for 5 times...kindly look into this matter on priority.
I purchased Samsung assuming they are brand conscious and will have good customer service, but I think now I made a mistake by purchasing Samsung.
