Its all waste of money buying the splash range I had bought one on dec 2005 within 6 months the elements had gone off and was replaced by the company , soon the abs body started cracking and geting no response from the service center I contacted their web site and then only they replaced it by sep 2006, now within a year again the whole body is cracking and the service center is asking for RS 1500 for just replacing the body , I paid rs 5000 only for a new heater.
Now I want to get this clear . I am not against venus water heaters .what I am trying to say is please do not buy splash range .buy only the steel body range.thats all , now by listening to the sales guy at the time of purchase I have really wasted money buying it.
The company is taking the customers for a ride by first selling a sub standard product and really making lots of money by charging heavily for the spares which also doesn’t have any warranty, this is all possible only because its INDIA .i have contacted the company and will see what reply I am getting.
