How to lose weight

The obesity has become a huge problem in some western countries and even in gulf countries particularly among women. When even children started becoming obese including unmarried girls whose hormonal secretion levels should have kept them away from obesity,     then it is a huge problem and a problem for the nation.


Obesity is a serous issue because it would begin to interfere with normal routine of life. Even kidneys may fail. But this much obesity is one end of spectrum and yet another end you have thin and lean people. Between these extremes there are many stages of obesity. Just a little more fatty is not obesity.


If you find yourself a little overweight you can almost completely ignore it but if you find constantly, slowly but surely that you are putting on weight as months are going by then you have to take care.


It is a very common observation that many fatty people get frustrated being unable to become thin. They do everything they can without finding a solution.


Then what is the solution?


It has been observed by researchers that there is a definite relationship between your blood group and the reasons for your obesity. In other words depending on your blood group, you have to avoid certain food stuffs to lose fat and to look healthy. Since this is very personal, you should sit across a specialist doctor of obesity and find a solution to your problem.


In spite of this simple fact(which the modern researchers found) which has been a part of AYURVEDA as its very basis of science where classification of a patient is necessary before you advocate a cure, there are certain common issues of obesity which we can discuss.


You know that fat accumulates when you do not burn your calories of food. But it is a very common knowledge that many wrestlers, weight lifters, even heavy weight boxers carry a big tummy and particularly wrestlers can be very fatty as well.


You may try reduce your fatty belly just by doing exercise and some times to ridiculous lengths of four hours a day. It can simply harden your stomach muscles and you may acquire some more fat, because you have to eat more.


There are many types of exercises to lose fat. There are many types of non-fatty, less carbohydrate foods and so on. When you go to these slimming exercises you have to listen to your body. Otherwise it could prove to be fatal. There are cases when young men died after returning from an excruciating exercise.


The most commonly observed and may be highly effective slimming exercise is skipping. If the girls do skipping, eating mostly vegetarian food they can be sure to have a shapely body with a slim waist and shapely thighs.


But most women can not simply do skipping. They should start with walking and slowly increasing it to a brisk pace and then light running which you can call as jogging.


What you do after returning from such an exercise is more important than exercise itself.


The most important food that you should take after coming back from a jogging is to take buttermilk.


And then what type of food?


Rice with sambhar and plenty of buttermilk in which butter is completely removed is the easy and effective remedy.


Do this and see the result.


I walked one and hour a day in the evening and took two glasses of low-fat butter milk and ate only one cup of rice(the boiled rice equal to one cup of rice grain).


In three months time I lost 5kg. But most important point is I looked healthy and slim.


The important point to remember.


1) In exercise there are two types. a) Strength giving exercise b) stamina giving exercise


2) Go for stamina giving exercise if you want to lose your fat. And particularly girls who should not lose their natural beauty.


3) The best exercise for girls is skipping and swimming.


Particularly growing girls develop very good shoulders and good figure if they swim at least 45 minutes a day.


Women can do skipping or swimming depending on their capability.


4) Next best is to slowly increase the pace of walking finally to reach jogging levels unto 45 minutes a day.


5) Drink as many glasses as you can a little salted very low fat buttermilk.


6) Eat vegetarian food and avoid milk.


If you can not live without milk or coffee with thick milk, just take only one small cup a day.


Milk does not contain iron and it also kills your hunger and brings in lot of fat.


You should know at which point you would naturally look beautiful or handsome and to that extent you should control your weight.


Do not try to emulate painfully thin figures.
