I advice never go for whirlpool ac, I have purchased it 1.5 years back(1.5 ton) and facing so many problems with it.
I have spent around Rs/- 32, 000 on it, Even though no satisfaction as all, below are the
problems that I am facing with whirlpool ac.
1) Water coming from inside unit like a shower in bath room.
2) No cooling at all(even in quick cool mode).
3) Out side unit makes noise like diesel engine.
4) Remote sensor is not working properly(unit will switch on/off automatically with out user input as it likes)
I have given complaint to Whirlpool service center several times(8 times in 1.5 years), they came to my house and could not fix any of my problems.
Some service man use to say there is a gas leakage and some will say there is no problem with gas.
Also, very important, don’t trust service men, because they are taking away good and working condition spare parts and keeping the 2nd hand repaired parts in the unit.
