LG AC: Worst service ever

We bought an LGsplit AC last May’11. We had a problem in May’12 and called the customer care number they had provided. It took them three weeks just to come over and see what the problem was. Each time we called they informed us that the service people have been notified. I have never seen a lethargic bunch of people like the LG guys. They came over and checked the problem and let us know that the compressor needs to be replaced. this happened in June first week.


They said they didn’t have a compressor in stock and will immediately get back to fix it once the stock comes. Its been 3 weeks since then, I haven’t seen anyone from LG. SO hear I am trying to call them again and again to hear them say that the service people have been notified.


Guys, who are reading this: DO NOT BUY LG! WORST SERVICE EVER!
