I have an samsung 2 tonne window AC which was purchased on 29/5/2009 which I moved to the new house I have just purchased. I
Initially, it was not cooling below 30 degrees and compressor switched off after that. I called up the helpdesk and an engineer visited. He did not check the AC but told me that the location of AC needs to be changed. I checked with the previous owner to find out that their AC was working in same location for over 4 years. In last 2 days the AC is taking up too much load and has burnt 2 stabalizers of mine.
I called and logged a complaint today morning and I was assured that an engineer would visit before 8:00PM today. When noone came, I called up helpdesk in the evening and asked my call to be transferred to a supervisor. I was put on hold by 4 different executives for a combined 1Hr and 20 minutes to no avail and was told that a callback would be arranged as no supervisor is available.
I wanted to ask what is this service level when no commitment is honoured and what kind of engineers are there who just want to make money for relocation and just want to trouble the customer.
I hope no one else purchases any samsung product as the quality of parts is very poor and do not work for even 2 years and their services are worst
