Very Dissatisfied with After Sales Service - Poor

It is quite dissapointing to see the after sales service of Godrej. We have recently purchased a air conditioner( Window) and observed that water from behind the A/C is not falling rather it is getting collected on the roof of A/C. When we registered a complaint at the Central Call Centre, two executives came 48hrs after the complaint was registered and that too without any appointment or informing us.They came and checked the A/C and instantly reacted that this is not our job, call for the person who installed your A/C. Post this when we wanted


to escalate the same to a senior, some Mr Ahmed Bilal Afridi ( His Contact No. 9810114389 - Jamia Nagar, 65094678, 65094679) came online claiming that he is speaking from the head office and was quite aggressive


on the phone posing that we can take any action against the technicians with a very carefree attitude. Post this we had no option but to let the technicians leave without the complaint getting resolved and cautioning them


about escalating to Mr RAVI BHAT who is GM Service Head GODREJ but with no reactions coming for us.>Quoting the sour experience of Buying a Goidrej A/C, we expect help coming our way rather than directions of calling XYZ people.Home appliances is an industry which calls for a strong customer service but in case of GODREJ it can hardly be seen. It is not that other Home Appliances companies are not carefree, but when will some responsible people start auctioning on Genuine Customer Complaints is the Question!
