Blue star ac

I have take a blue star window a/c....The 1 ton AC unit was purchased on 10th Feb. 2008 from your authorized dealer “Vighanahar Refrigeration” Ghatkopar (west), and installed at my residence .Since the installation of the unit, there has been not enough cooling which was excepted from such a known company unit and in hand there has been water leakage and when the swing is on there is some noise in the AC unit.


The complaint was lounged to “Vighanahar Refrigeration” thrice person came to my place & he told me it’s going to take 40 mins to get cool & my room area is 130sq.ft. which hardly takes time to get cool then I lounged a complaint to blue star customer care a person call MR. PRASAD have given visit, he took room temperature which showed 31 degree at start & after 45 mins to 1 hour it was 26 degree & he told me there is some gas problem & 1 side cooling is not there & reg. this he had a talk to his senior Mr. NILESH  & even he told me the same thing but after a days follow up MR. Nilesh is denying it & now they are saying my room size is big & lots of furniture is der that’s why there is a cooling problem & before taking the ac a person from blue star had come to my place & told me that 1 ton ac is more then enough & I cant accept this thing that a 130sq.ft.


Area is big for a 1 ton ac I told them please replace this 1 ton ac & give me a new ac, den I went to head off I had a talk to 1 of d senior person den again he had send sum1 @ my place a servicing person came from bluestar & even he has told me that there is a problem in the unit gas leak is a problem & they will repair the a/c & give but I don’t want a new a/c unit to be repaired I want unit to be replaced, but I fail to understand the response given from your side. It is highly irr-responsible and negligent.


I am very displeased with this issue and obscene behavior from the representatives of blue star company as there has been no severe action taken till date due to frequent reminders and follow-up.


please dont buy a blue star they dont give a proper service...
