I bought 2 top of the line Samsung wall mounted split a/c’s from a shop in Mumbai.
The air cons were delivered to me the very next day.
The shop had confirmed that they had asked Samsung technicians to hook up my a/c’s as soon as possible and I know they had done this for a fact because I received an sms from Samsung stating that they had got my instructions and they also gave me a complaint no to call on along with a customer no.
For 8 days, I did not hear from the Samsung technicians.Every time I called the customer care centre, I realised that I was speaking to a call centre employee who was only told to listen and give no answers. After 7 frantic days of waiting I finally got a tel no for their head office in Gurgaon and swore to throw the a/c’s at their door the next day.Finally 2 idiots showed up to hook up my ac’s and destroy my walls with their filthy hands. I recommenced that anyone who buys Samsung a/c’s are better off getting it fixed on their own. You local guy will probably do a better job. I realized that the Samsung technicians are only locals hired from your locality anyway. Hope this review helps.
