I bought new S-Purista AS 123BGC on May 25, 2011. After 2 weeks, it stopped working and the outdoor unit is making a loud noise. No coolness.nothing. I called Samsung customer service many times but they never sent any technician to my house. Everyday they keep on telling me the person would come but until now, noone has come. I really want to speak to someone at a higher level to ensure that my AC is fixed.
Dont ever buy this AC. Also dont buy any Samsung products because youll need to wait until forever to have your item fixed in case you encounter any faulty.
