We have contact ETA General Pvt Ltd who’s address is on O’General official website for 2.0 ton split AC. After negotiation we have finalize the order for there stealth model and pay the amount of Rs.48000 by cheque. Company has insist to make installation by there persons for warranty as per rule. We agree and one day they came for installation. After installation unit was not working and they spare whole day to find a fault.
Lastly they diagnose the problem of PCB and advise us that next day they will replace the PCB which we deny. We insist to replace the whole unit. Argument was that, why unit has been installed without check at your end, further we have not use the AC even for an hour than why we accept repaired one. Installation has been done by there person only.
Service is extreme poor and still we are fighting on the same issue that we need new one and not repaired one.
