I bought a split AC Voltas model Vertis Classic in on 9th May 2010. The combined Timer worked only for 3-4 days. I lodged complain on 29.5.2010 (No.10my2902129 dt.29.5.10).
1.Technician came from M/s Suri Aircon (Franchise of voltas) but they
even do not know how to fix the Timer in remote.
- I lodged many many complain to Company’s Delhi Region at Mathura road
to Mr. Sandeep Bhat, Branch Service Manager through E mail and Fax but he did
not do anything till date.
3.I approached Nikhil Arora, Area Field Manager but he only gave me assurance
many times but did not do anything
They both are useless fellow. I don’t know howTATA is tolerating them.
Now it is2.5 months have passed butI did not got response.
As per my experience with TATA Voltas it is my opinion that VOLTAS AC MUST
NOT BUY AT ANY COST. AS ITS SERVICE IS NOT A SERVICE BUT A TORTURED.
