Very bad experience with LG recently. My father had bought a 1 TON 5-Star rated AC on 16th July, 2010 from Dealer at Puri – AABANS.
They sent their installation team and installed the AC sometime after a week or so.Few days after installation the AC didn’t work and they raised several complaints to LG Service Centre at Puri and also to Dealer.
They requested for replacement of the Product as well, when the Service Engineer said that some coil problem.
After hearing all these I raised a service complaint . The closure time should be from 24 hrs to 7 days. But without doing the service, they closed the complaint – I don’t know how they did, without taking the consent from my parents.
It’s sad that after hearing poor service quality from other LG consumers, we intended to buy LG product.Never buys any LG product, after sales service is bad, product is also bad.
