I had bought LG Split AC 1.5 Ton for 29K and I live in Tambaram, Chennai. The AC was installed and was running fine. Until then I had no complaints. But a week later, the AC stopped working. After frequent follow up with the customer care, I got an service personal check n complained that the all the GAS has been leaked due to improper installation. Now I am again following up with customer care for a 8 days for a gas refill, as though I have screwed up something and then have done it all correct. The AC might be good, but the service is literally horrible.
Please don’t buy by brand. Look for good service as well.
