Samsung window A.C POOR SERVICE

The customer service of Samsung air conditioner is very very poor, these people waste a lot of your time.my window air conditioner stopped cooling before one year, I report it to customer care, the serviceman took appointment for morning I kept waiting and he came by 4.30 pm. After checking he told that he has to take it to service center. So he will come next day morning and A.C will be placed by evening. Next day again he came by 4 pm, and told he will be able to come tomorrow again. So it is now third day since I have complained....he did not turn up...


On fourth day he called me up and told he will come by 3 pm...I again kept on waiting and complained in customer care. He told he will get it done on the same day itself...but there were again some technical complications, serviceman called me up and said he will install A.C next day by 12 pm. It’s fifth day now .since 12 pm I am waiting, i had to go somewhere, but I cancelled it, serviceman came at 5 pm. and installed air-conditioner....I don’t know how long it will work???


Really harassment for 5 days.
