I was planning to purchase an air conditioner from LULU CONNECT- Ernakulam for the same I went to their outlet in LULU MALL and made the concern enquiry and follow ups. The concern sale staff Nadersha was providing me a very horrible experience on the purchase of the product and was dragging me with the same for the past two days.
I felt that they doesn’t value their customers and felt so pity for the concern practice they have done to me.
